Trailer for THE FOLLOWING (TV series w/Kevin Bacon)

I think this looks like it could be really great. I love the tone they’re setting up, I love the idea of Bacon in this role and I really like the supporting cast that isn’t Maggie Grace. Shawn Ashmore as an FBI agent is an unconventional but seemingly solid choice, and I think Purefoy can eat this role up. It’s interesting how much they reveal in the trailer, which gets me thinking that there will be a lot more to it than you’d expect. I also am always looking for great new serialized TV shows. It’s on FOX which is frustrating because it probably won’t even last a full season (really, they love their procedurals and this doesn’t look like it fits the bill) but hopefully it can last. One of the shows I’m looking forward to the most this fall.
